A 3-storey building with a bank alongside 12 retail units, 5 offices with a conference room and 6 residential flats/apartments.

The challenge of the project was to seamlessly integrate all
the various functions of the building while ensuring security, privacy, and self-autonomy
were maintained to each individual function.
The design effectively minimises cooling energy consumption through innovative architectural solutions, incorporating a solar photovoltaic (PV) renewable
energy system to further reduce operational costs.
This holistic approach ensures sustainability by leveraging natural energy sources and enhancing energy efficiency,
thereby creating a cost-effective and environmentally responsible building.
